How to request deletion

1. Email info@waldenses-institute.org with the subject Waldenses website account and data deletion request.
2. Include the email address used for your Waldenses account and, if you used social sign-in, say whether it was Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Include your username if you know it.
3. Do not email your password or a one-time sign-in code. We may contact you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What happens next

After we verify the request, we will remove or deactivate the website account and remove the social sign-in link associated with it. We will also delete or de-identify personal account information where it is no longer needed to operate and protect the website.

Some information may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping. If any information must be retained, access will be limited to the applicable purpose. We will reply to the email address you provide to confirm the outcome or ask for information needed to verify the request.
